Seattle's
blessings to Tavistock This Sunday (21st Sept 2005), Tavistock Community Church was blessed to be joined once more by Joe and Dani Meyering from Seattle. Joe and Dani have visited us twice before, but this is their first visit since they established God Ordered (G.O.) Ministries International in 2004 - a ministry set up both to serve the local community church and to reach out to international regions with the gospel. They were such an encouragement, blessing us with a wonderful time of praise and worship, and a word that emphasised God's faithfulness and power in fulfilling His promises to us. Before they arrived in the UK they were evangelising in Holland, and have seen God working powerfully in their ministry in Canada, Honduras, and Mexico (where they have worked with communities living on rubbish tips). Like us, they are a very small church and they step out in faith to do seemingly impossible tasks, only to find God's blessing and resources pouring out when they do. Praise the Lord! We'd just like to give them a great big "Thank you!" for their fellowship, support and encouragement, pray for God's blessings on them and their ministry, and tell them they're always welcome to come back!
