Thanks
to Strode Manor Farm, Derriford Hospital
and
THANK YOU
for all your prayers!
9.30am
and the truck's starting to fill...
|
The photos on this page show another collection of
more medical and office equipment for churches and hospitals in
Rwanda. In one morning in October, we visited Strode Manor Farm
in Ermington and Derriford hospital, and collected enough medical
and office equipment to fill a 7½ ton truck! Two weeks later,
we were able to fill a transit van with computer equipment from
Gloucester County Council.
We're so grateful for the generosity that has allowed
us to gather so many useful and potentially life-saving supplies
- among other things, we collected from Strode Manor Farm a prosthetic
leg; we're even more grateful, however, for all the prayers you've
been offering up to support this project, especially as regards
storage of all the supplies, which (as you may have been aware)
is an ongoing 'challenge'!

Getting
fuller....
|
Your prayers have enabled us to get hold of a cheap
40-foot container to store equipment in (unfortunately the container
isn't in good enough condition to transport anything in, but it's
helped to ease the storage situation significantly). We've also
been given the use of a barn until next March to store yet more
gear.
So, thank you for all your support. Please keep praying
for the project; that God will provide for future collection and
storage, and for transportation to Africa; and that, once in Africa,
the equipment will bring hope, save lives and give glory to God!
Thanks
again from the King's team!
