Who's driving?

How long will this "Credit Crunch" continue? As we tighten our belts and wait for change what can we do? It's tempting to feel helpless while the big banks do their work and we hear of huge payouts and rewards to their senior staff…….Yet what a wonderful lot we Brits are! £59,000,000 and more donated to Comic Relief to help those in need. But did you know that God promises to repay those that give to the poor? We are all created in His likeness - all of us, whether church goers or not.

Few of us would agree that money rules our lives or that a desire for money was our driving force yet, upon reflection, it really does have a strong influence on us and our plans. How many of our friends work to pay into their insurance or pension plan hoping it will provide a pleasant retirement? How sad when we have saved up all our lives only to find that our investment got eaten away on the stock market or our savings bring in too little interest to live on.

It sometimes seems that the world we knew is all out of control - who's driving? Neither banks nor governments seem to be. Is there any answer? Well - read on and discover for yourself the most wonderful answer of all!
