Over
the summer and autumn of 2004, GLAM and Outreach to Africa
worked together to set up clinics in Eastern Uganda.
Fort
Portal - An existing night club building in Fort Portal
was rented ready for equipping with an X-ray machine and ECG
equipment etc to establish a Diagnostic centre. We hope it
will serve three million people in the West of Uganda. Around
US$10,000 is needed to set up the dark room then it’s 'all
systems go'! A
dental X-ray is waiting in Pastor Colin’s garage in the UK
for funds to send it to the diagnostic centre.
