Apple & banana crumble surprise

Ingredients (serves 4 to 6)
8 or 10 medium green apples
2 or 3 bananas
Sultanas & raisins to taste
Packet of crumble mix
Desiccated coconut
1 or 2 tins of coconut milk

Method
1. Core & skin & chop up your apples into small pieces, place the apples into a pan with enough of the coconut milk to just cover the apples. Bring to the & leave for a few minutes, then turn the heat down & let the apples cook until soft & mushy.
2. Place the sultanas & raisins in the bottom of a non stick dish (32cm x 12cm/12" x 5").
3. Slice up some of the bananas & spread over the sultanas & raisins.
4. Pour over the fruit the cooked apples.
5. Slice up the remainder of the bananas & spread over the apples.
6. Spread the crumble mix over the apples.
7. Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the crumble mix.
8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°, gas mark 4 (medium heat) for about 15 - 25 minutes or until the crumble mix turns golden brown. Enjoy with custard or ice cream.
